Diwali 2026: turn your photo into a Diwali portrait or greeting card
Upload one photo, pick up to 3 looks, download in about a minute. Free during Diwali week (until Nov 11, 2026) — no account, no card.
Diwali 2026 — the Festival of Lights — falls on Sunday, 8 November 2026 (Lakshmi Puja); the five days run from Dhanteras on 6 November to Bhai Dooj on 11 November. Instead of a stock greeting, send your family a card or portrait with your own face on it.
How it works
- Upload one photo. We resize it and strip location data from the file.
- Pick looks — a festive portrait with diyas, a fireworks night scene, a greeting card that says Happy Diwali, a hand-painted illustration.
- Generate — free during the launch test, nothing to pay, no account.
- Download your pictures from your private results page — share them on WhatsApp or Instagram. Files are deleted after 7 days.
Price

Good to know
- GoosePixel stylizes your own photo. It does not swap faces, impersonate anyone, or generate adult content — see our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Results are AI-generated and vary; some photos (very dark, tiny faces, heavy filters) don't work well.

Frequently asked questions
When is Diwali 2026?
Sunday, 8 November 2026 (Lakshmi Puja). The five-day festival runs from Dhanteras on Friday 6 November to Bhai Dooj on Wednesday 11 November 2026.
Can I use the pictures as WhatsApp or Instagram greetings?
Yes — every picture is a high-resolution PNG you can download and share anywhere. The Greeting Card look already carries the words "Happy Diwali"; the others are portraits you can caption yourself.
How long does it take?
Usually about a minute per style, a few minutes when the queue is busy. Your results page updates by itself, and if you gave us an email address we also send you the link.
What happens to my photo?
We resize it, strip location data, send it over an encrypted connection to the AI model (Alibaba Cloud Model Studio) to render your styles, and delete both the photo and the results automatically after 7 days. We do not use your photo for anything else. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Is this a face swap or deepfake tool?
No. GoosePixel restyles your own photo (a festive portrait with diyas, a fireworks night scene, a greeting card that says Happy Diwali, a hand-painted illustration). It does not put your face on another body or into a video, and it does not impersonate anyone.
Whose photos can I upload?
Only a photo of yourself, or of another adult who gave you permission. No celebrities, public figures or minors. The same rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
What does it cost? Do I need an account?
Free during Diwali week (until Nov 11, 2026) as a launch test: no account, no card, no subscription. The link to your private results page is shown right after you upload, and emailed to you if you leave an address.
Which photos work best? Which files are accepted?
A clear, front-facing, well-lit photo of one person. JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 10 MB. Very dark photos, tiny faces or heavy filters give weaker results. Each picture is delivered as a high-resolution PNG.
What if generation fails?
Nothing is charged during the free period — just try again with a brighter, front-facing photo. When paid orders are on, failed orders are refunded in full automatically; see the Refund Policy.
Who runs GoosePixel?
GoosePixel is an independent web app run by a solo developer. Support: support@goosepixel.com. We answer within 3 business days.
