1. The service
GoosePixel ("we", "us") turns a photo you upload into stylized, AI-generated images ("Results"). Results are produced by third-party AI models and are inherently variable. We do not guarantee any particular look, likeness or quality.
2. Eligibility and your photo
You must be at least 18 years old. You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use, depicting yourself or another adult who has consented. You may not upload photos of minors, celebrities, public figures, or anyone without their consent. You confirm this at checkout.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content; no content that harasses, defames, deceives or impersonates anyone; no attempt to generate deepfakes or to misrepresent Results as genuine photographs. We may refuse or cancel any job that violates these rules.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown on the home page before you pay and is charged once per photo. Purchases are completed through Creem, our merchant of record, which is the seller of record for your transaction and handles applicable taxes, receipts and refunds.
5. Delivery
Results are delivered on a private results page. Generation usually takes under a minute per style but may take longer under load. Results and uploaded photos are deleted after 7 days; download what you want to keep.
6. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. If generation fails for technical reasons, you receive a full refund automatically.
7. Ownership
You keep all rights to your uploaded photo. To the extent permitted by law, you may use your Results for personal and commercial purposes. You grant us only the limited right to process your photo in order to provide the service.
8. AI content and disclosure
Results are AI-generated. If you publish them, we recommend labelling them as AI-generated where platforms require it.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or discontinue the service at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
